This page describes the technical flow of information submitted through the website forms. The purposes and legal grounds for processing, retention periods and individual rights are set out in the Privacy Policy. It does not cover operational data processed during WorldGuard missions.
2. Notification and response
Authorised team members receive a notification through our email service and respond through official WorldGuard communication channels.
3. Access
Access to enquiries is authenticated and restricted to authorised personnel who need the information to handle them.
4. Deletion and backups
Information is removed from active systems in accordance with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Where backups are maintained, residual copies are deleted or overwritten through the applicable backup cycle.
