Depending on the form you submit, we collect information that you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, country, telephone number, message and enquiry type. We also record the date and time of submission. Required fields are marked in the form. Without this information, we may be unable to process your enquiry. To secure the website and prevent abuse, we may also process limited technical data, such as your IP address and technical logs generated when the form is submitted.
We process personal data to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to manage professional and institutional communications, secure the website and prevent abuse. The interactive map on this website loads its map background from third-party OpenStreetMap-based tile servers (CARTO); when the map is displayed, your browser transmits your IP address to that provider in order to retrieve the map images.
We keep personal data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for no more than 24 months after our last interaction. We may retain it for longer only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We use only functional local storage, for example to remember your selected language. This storage is not used to profile or track visitors. For aggregate audience statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including secure transmission over HTTPS and access restricted to authorised personnel. The technical data flow is described on the Data Handling page.
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The date displayed at the top identifies the current version.
