2. Purpose of the website
This website presents WorldGuard, a system currently under development. Its content is provided for information only and does not constitute a contractual offer. Features and commercial availability may evolve as the product develops. Prototype screenshots, concept visuals and demonstrations may include capabilities from different editions or configurations. The scope of each deployment is defined in the applicable proposal and contractual documentation. Restricted capabilities are supplied only where the applicable legal requirements and approvals are met. Availability and deployment requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
3. Intellectual property
Ownership of the WorldGuard name, visual identity and website content is described in the Legal Notice. The unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or use of website content is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false, fraudulent or abusive content, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
5. Investor information
Investor materials present WorldGuard and support discussions regarding the funding of the company. They do not, by themselves, create a contractual commitment; any investment will be documented separately under the applicable agreements.
6. Operational authorisation
A WorldGuard deployment may require authorisations or approvals depending on the mission and jurisdiction. These are obtained by the party responsible for the operation, in accordance with the roles established by law and contract.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We seek to keep its content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee its completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from the use or unavailability of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The website may contain links to services or websites operated by third parties. Those services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.
9. Governing law and language versions
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available under applicable law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the Romanian version prevails.
